There is one main reason for most of the diseases – “Cell malfunction”. Cell malfunction means the cells in your body not functioning or responding properly with the systems. If all the cells in your body are responding well, then there is no chance of any diseases whether it’s infectious diseases or deficiency diseases. Toxins come into your body from different sources – external and internal. After the digestion of the food in your body, it absorbs the necessary nutrients and removes the toxins and wastes out. Some of the major toxins are, heavy metals like mercury, lead, cadmium, chemicals, pesticides and preservatives used in the food processing, medicines, drugs, alcohol, water or air contamination, chemicals from plastics, paints and rubber products.
