Our body works with the nature and its cycle. We, as a general practice wakes up with the sun and sleep at the night in darkness. To be healthy and energetic, you need to balance our activities with the nature. There are three natural cycles in a day having 8 hours each.
Three Natural Body Cycle:-
1. Elimination Cycle (4am to 12pm) – In this cycle, your body excretes all the toxics out from your body collected overnight. Your lymphatic system is mainly responsible for removing the toxins and helping the immune system. To help your body with this process, you need to have a water-rich diet like juices, smoothies, salads, electrolytes and lots of water. To provide the necessary pumping to the lymphatic system, you should do some jumping exercises especially in the early morning. The best way to break your overnight fast is to have green juices, fruits, sprouts, non-dairy milks with a little protein and complex carb.
2. Welcoming Cycle (12pm to 8 pm) – In this second cycle of the day, your body welcomes all the food. You are very much active in this period and as per Ayurveda, the digestive agni is naturally high in this period. So, you should take all your major meals of the day like lunch, dinner in this cycle.

3. Assimilation Cycle (8pm to 4 am) – In this last cycle of the day, your body absorbs all the nutrients from the food you take throughout the day. Also, your body gathers all the unwanted waste and toxins to be removed in the morning elimination cycle. To help the process of absorption, you shouldn’t disturb or overload your body with any heavy late night food in this cycle. You can have a cup of herbal tea with the a little nuts and seeds in case feeling empty.
Nature gives you many ways to heal your body. You simply need to respect its natural process without disturbing much with your unhealthy lifestyle.
